Tannery Selection

I make an effort to source from tanneries that are members of the Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium — a collective committed to sustainability, transparency, and generations of craftsmanship.

These tanneries uphold strict environmental standards while preserving the traditional art of vegetable tanning.

  • Alran Tannery

Alran tannery is located in France and is not part of the consortium. They produce the beautiful Chevre that is used in my bags. They are still committed to upholding ethical and sustainable practices.
